His career spans over 38 years in cement and power industry with hands on exposure to multiple functions across diverse geographies. His passion for education has made him a certified international trainer, delivering management training worldwide. As a sustainability advocate, he spreads the message of eco-friendly and energy efficient operations across the industries. In line with his company’s vision, his commitment moves beyond factory boundaries towards positive social changes, ethical leadership and transparent governance that strengthen the process of human civilization.
Ms. Sangeeta Halabi
Sangeeta Halabi is a Chartered Certified Accountant and esteemed faculty at the Global Compliance Institute, Australia. With over 17 years in the field, she has thrived in international roles with industry giants like PwC, Rodl, and Baker Tilly across diverse regions. Her prowess lies in ESG reporting, strategy, risk management, due diligence, and AML compliance. Evident in her role as a panelist at national ESG seminars and the ESG Prithivi Awards 2023, Sangeeta is a recognized expert in ESG advisory. Specializing in sectors like Oil & Gas, Hospitality, and Agriculture, she has crafted a legacy of impactful sustainable practices, earning respect from peers and clients alike.

Khaled A Reda Abdelmola Hasan is a highly experienced and qualified Organizational and People Development expert with over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas sector. He has a proven track record of success in leading and managing large-scale training and development programs, as well as developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Mr. Bhal Shrikhande
Bhal Shrikhande is a chemical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the cement industry. He has held senior positions at ACC Limited and Eurotas Infrastructure Ltd., where he was responsible for setting up and managing cement plants, developing new cement processes, and optimizing plant operations.
